(May 21, 2020, 6:02 pm)I recently moved here and called around to ask about what I needed to do bc my brakes were squealing and I needed my oil changed. I talked to 4 other shops that acted like I was nobody!
Then I calked Brake Masters and spoke to a lady named Lorie that was absolutely the sweetest ever. She worked around my schedule to get me in and out. The price was great. My brakes work better than ever. I will be back for all my service on my car and have told my friends. If you need anything done give Lorie a call she will fix you up. 5plus star rating for sure. Thank you Brake Masters!
(April 15, 2020, 7:54 am)I had been putting off getting my brakes checked for awhile. The break pad noises were getting louder and I decided that I better get my car in today. I came in not long before closing time and they were happy to get me checked in anyway. Lori, the manager, assured me that it was no problem to stay a bit past closing, that my safety was more important. The lifetime warranty package is definitely a great value. Now I won't feel anxious when I hear the signals to bring my car in the next time, because I know that it will be affordable, quality work.
(March 16, 2020, 6:17 pm)Had a great experience at this location. Very friendly staff great service fair prices. Will bring my vehicle back again for other maintenance. As well as my other vehicle for oil change and 21 point inspection. Problems with the vehicle are presented to the customer prioritized, listing major issues and things that can wait. Thank you to Laura (the service writer/manager) She was very knowledgeable and great at explaining and showing us what issues our vehicle had and how much to fix them.
