John was great. He came out to check if I had bed bugs after being exposed. He was professional, timely, and really helpful. 100% recommend working with him.

John was quick, friendly and affordable. He answered all of my questions, even after the initial consult I called him probably 4-5 times and he was so patient. I definitely recommend him for any extermination needs.

First treatment was on Jan. 5. John arrived on time. The house smelled a bit like oats when we returned after the 4-hour window, but the smell quickly dissipated. Second treatment was on Jan. 18. There was a lack of communication about the day for that treatment. It was originally scheduled for the 19th, but when I called on the 18th to confirm I was told it would have to be rescheduled. John was accommodating & came the same day because it worked for both of us. I'm pleased with the service & the 1-year warranty is a real plus. So far, so good!
