I toured these beauties today and boy was I impressed. The price is affordale and they were designed with great attention to detail. I drove acrossed the country from Philadelphia and stopped at Avilla a little late to lease. I had already signed a lease. As a property manager myself I know what to look in terms of quality and these guys definitely put their all into these babies. I will be moving here after my 6 month lease is up.

The entire process of touring to moving in was done so efficiently and communicated so clearly to me. I'm very happy with my decision to move in! The homes are beautiful, quiet, new, and the yard is amazing! I love the location and haven't had one single issue so far. I recommend this community to anyone, it really is an amazing place to call home.
