Very courteous, friendly, accommodating and helpful service.
Quick service (done by the time I finished shopping) and they were able to accommodate me earlier than expected.
I ordered my tires and when they arrived they messaged me. I called to schedule my tires to be put on. Frank told me to come over and they would put them on right away. That's actually what happened. Very happy with the customer service I received. Saved $300+ and great customer service. I hope Sam's club makes management look at this and learn.
I am so happy with the service here. I am confident in the ability of all the workers, they're really knowledgeable. The manager of the tire center, Ed, really cares and takes the time to explain everything fully.

This particular Sam's Club has a new manager in the tire and battery center who has one obvious goal: Service. He even helped a friend of mine get free tires from his previous tire installer for putting the wrong speed rated and weight rated tires on his car (which kept blowing out).
