Window Pro

I ordered blinds for my new home in April 2017 and Blake was super fast getting measurements and a quote. Installed product works and looks great even 2.5 years later.

We also use him for projects at work and he's always friendly, fast and helpful and the product looks great. He usually answers texts same day. Would highly recommend.

Best customer service and product I have experienced. When I first contacted Window Pro, my call was returned within a few hours and the owner, Blake, set an appointment with me to discuss my options. I was impressed by the variety of shutters an finishes offered and I admit, I was pretty particular and I changed my mind a couple of time. Blake worked with me, making and keeping several return appointments including driving to my home to personally measure my windows and to make sure he understood my needs and preferences. He worked with me to keep costs within my budget and delivered an excellent product on time.

When I learned that Window Pro did more than just shutters, I called them and asked them to give me a quote on some blinds and screens for my rental properties. Window Pro worked around my tenants schedule and installed the blinds right the first time, on time and without any cost overrun. I liked that! I have since used Window Prop to upgrade my other properties and all my experiences have been positive.

Blake is a great guy. He helped me out a ton on an annoying little issue. He will see no profit from what he did. But he was very helpful anyway. I will definitely use his services in the future. Plus, I know a lot of people at my work who I will recommend him to.
