(May 23, 2023, 11:53 pm)I'm so disappointed it took this long to give Christina the review she deserved. I was in several weeks ago and was having problems with me key. Christina happened to be passing by and jumped straight into action. If it wasn't for her I would have probably lost my temper and broke something but her cool head and know how saved me time and money. I feel obligated to say I'm not the kind of person that gives reviews but I just so happed to hear how she helped one of my team members out again just the other day when I sent her to storage to put some stuff away and unfortunately gave I gave her the wrong storage number. Christina was able to help her out merely of my description. She is amazing and as some who employees several people I have to say you folks are lucky to have her.
Hats off and thank you Christina for the amazing care you showed myself and my team.

(January 8, 2023, 8:48 pm)Very positive experience here! The on-site manager is awesome and always very helpful! When small leaks occurred during a weekend long rain, she was all over the place trying to ensure the actual units stayed dry and entry ways were cleared as much as possible to prevent slipping. Whenever I have questions about storage options, billing, or anything else, she is always helpful and willing to the extra mile.
