I love this new facility. The staff has always been amazing and courteous even when they were in the little old place and I was glad for them to have a better working environment. Very nice and clean facility, and functional too.

Like everyone, I’ve been going to post offices my entire life, but I’ve never had the level of cheerfulness, service and professionalism I have received at the Prosper location.
Sherri and Angie particular have been shining stars. I would hire them in a heartbeat for my own business. I hope that USPS gives them a promotion and a raise because they deserve it! This is the gold standard for post office customer service.

The counter staff is amazing. Very positive and always helpful. I ship a lot with USPS due to my publishing business and use them whenever I can over UPS and FedEx because they offer the best value. The new facility is awesome and was very needed!
