I LOVE this place. After 2 years living here, the property has really pulled together to be such a wonderful luxurious home. The location is everything. The office staff is always so friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help. The property is so beautiful and well maintained. The maintenance staff is the dream team. Any issues are quickly addressed. They don’t cut corners. Just so professional and easy to work with. Night and day difference from my previous rental experiences. Will recommend living at Lazo again and again

I really enjoy this community. I have been here for two years and just renewed for a third. The office staff is very helpful and caring in anything I have brought to them. Along with that, they have a great maintenance team. Marcus, has helped us in addressing issues many times and his level of professionalism mixed with kindness and speed at which things are handled has really stuck out to me. I would certainly recommenced this complex if you are looking for a peaceful, fun, and quiet place to live. Not to mention the 3 pools and one heated year round.

Love the paint n sip events. Love the two gyms. Love the hot tub. Love when the quite pool is open. Maintenance has usually been very responsive to house calls. Love free snacks and booze at the clubhouse. Love the workers
