Arizona Elite Properties

I have had good experiences renting out my property, and I am extremely surprised by so many negative comments. I wonder if there is one set of business practices for one group of people and a completely different business practice (Including being rude) for the other group. Question: I would like to have a better understanding of why tenants have been treated so differently. Certainly tenants are expected to pay rent on time and to keep the place clean and habitable. Does anyone have any ideas how the reviews can be so opposite for people?
