This complex has some really high quality restaurants/chains, and the streets and roads are clean.

Good eateries, Target store A+. But the parking lot is crazy, can't wait till its finished.

I think that chick filet is some of the best dam chicken sandwiches and all of Arizona I'm from the Midwest and one consistency we have out there chick filet baby

I Literally cant walk anywhere else and spend most my time walking around this place. I walk my dog to get groomed, shop at target, and work out at la fitness. there's big construction going on currently but hopefully something good get put there because the emptiness was starting to bother me. The Ihop is terrible so just don't go.
