He was very professional and set me up to talk with the scheduler, who also was very friendly and efficientry set me up with an appointment very promptly. The service rep came out and replaced the window exactly when scheduled and did a great professional job. I was very satisfied with the work and would readily refer them to anyone in need of auto glass repair.
(April 6, 2022, 8:36 pm)This is not my first time doing business with them, in fact this is the third. The first and second was with my two older cars. Never had any problems. Thus, i chose them to replace the windshield on my current vehicle, a 2019 Honda pilot.
They help me with my insurance and had it approve right away. The entire process took only a few minutes.
They made sure the windshield and the sensor/camera was properly installed and calibrated.
I highly recommend 2U Glass and Tint. A trustworthy business who values customers service.
(March 31, 2022, 6:31 pm)I would recommend Matt and his team everyday of the week. They are accommodating and professional through the entire process. From scheduling to the actual work performed. It is an A+ experience. They followed up with me on reminders, they text before they were arriving and worked around my schedule. They came to my home at my convenience. The technician pointed out some flaws in my rubber seal and expressed he would do all that he could to not have to replace it which I really appreciated the savings! The work was perfect, no flaws, no mistakes and very thorough. Matt contacts me by text every few months to see if I need service. Being in sales I’m on the road constantly and I appreciate his mindfulness. Thanks again! I’ll never use anyone else.
(March 6, 2022, 1:26 am)They were so fast & friendly. Their customer service was amazing! The replacement of my windshield was able to get scheduled the next day & they did such an amazing job! I highly recommend them!! Thank you so much again for taking care of my windshield.
