I was in a position I had always thought/dreamt I wanted to be in the CEO of a company......I found I was miserable and felt guilty that I was miserable, and I blamed everyone else for it, thinking that if I hung in there "a little bit longer" things would change....and you brought it home for me - the only one that had the power to change it was ME, life can change in an instant, live you BIG Life NOW....I work out 6 days a week, I am happier at home and at work, I resigned - YEP, I have the Power to change MY life and I'm not about to lose control over that again and I don't feel guilty! Thank you Tony, for pushing me to get healthy from the inside out!!! You are the Best! You are changing Lives!
