Brake Masters #169

I brought my 03 Honda Pilot to your shop last Thursday to replace the timing belt. Ryan approached me, gave me a reasonable price and I agreed right away! Had my vehicle ready for pick-up in the afternoon, and it runs magnificent! I would like to thank the staff and most especially Ryan! More power to all of you and would definitely come back!

My 2016 hybrid Toyota Camry had a loud rattle/knocking coming from the engine area, I took it to the dealership and they didn't find anything wrong, I then took it to a repair shop weeks later and they weren't able to find anything wrong, the noise was still there and getting slightly worse at this point. After driving it again, I needed the brakes serviced, an oil change, and decided to take it to brake masters. I mentioned the noise coming from the front and they found the struts/shocks were completely shot and causing the noise. Thanks to Ryan and the Team, they found this issue and ensured my safety was top priority. I highly recommend this location and their expertise is top notch.

When we arrived Johnny helped us! Answered all the questions we had. Great knowledge, awesome attitude, helpful and made the experience truly awesome! Donald did our brakes and oil change and did an amazing job!!! Thank you Johnny and Donald! Highly recommend this location. We will be back when we need anything!

Brake Masters Store #169 has been by far “The Greatest Experience” I’ve ever had with a mechanic shop! GO HERE! Skip the BS with any other location and just come here!!! John and Ryan are TOP NOTCH and CARE about Premium service!!

Started with another Brake Masters location #209 to get an oil change and tire rotation + the normal workup review of anything else needed for repair! When I came back to pickup the vehicle “The Tech” said there was “No recommendation at this time for any other work needing to be done.”

What?? “Not even an Air Filter change?” Wow! Okay. He didn’t even complete a tire rotation stating they didn’t have the “Power drill” for my lug nuts. 🤯

Called Ryan up at store #169 and he said he’d take care of me!!! When I got here they said “nothing had even been reported as done to my truck at all!”

Ryan made sure I got my full workup, and tire rotation and other needed repairs done!!!
