Went in recently when I was in the market to buy a car. They have an awesome first time buyers program. I was assisted by Haydee, and let me say I appreciated the fact that she wasn’t your traditional pushy, commission driven sales person! Haydee was kind, attentive and very knowledgeable! So far the easiest going experience at a dealership I’ve ever had. Drove off in an IS 250 😎 I would 10/10 recommend Duncan Auto Sales !

Highly Recommend . We were on our way to Phoenix to look into buying a car. We discussed keeping our guard up to protect ourselves from these "salespersons". Hoping 🙏 would get the right deal. We passed Duncan Auto Sales and thought we would not buy there but just get a feel of what we would be looking for in a big sales dealer. Instead we saw a car we were interested in. No pushy salesperson outside. Walked into the office and met Hayden. Very professional, almost too quiet lady. She went to work immediately and explained every step. Gave us options. We bought what we wanted, not what she wanted us to buy. We found a friend in the auto business. She is bilingual and easily explains everything in English and Spanish.
