Owners are the best and SUPER NICE AND AWSOME!! LOVE THEM!! ALWAYS THERE TO HELP SOMEONE OUT!

Ever since the new owners took over this place went from 1 star to 4 stars. The new owners and managers are great. They have made multiple improvements and they really seem to want to connect with what the residents need. The only reason I did not give 5 Stars is because there are still issues for the disabled people on the property. Example: I personally have fallen over 5 times while trying to get my mail. There is no handicapped ramp or even a hand rail so getting up to the mail box and back down is quite treacherous. But I have been patiently waiting for that to be rectified before having to have ADA enforced. They have awesome get togethers for residents but once again not able to go due to being disabled. Parking rules and car numbers are not enforced so having a ride to pick me up or even an ambulance can be tenuous at best. They also do not concern themselves with safety when it comes to fireworks being set off inside the mobile home park or with quelling loud music and parties at night. Time will tell if they stay at 4 stars or move up to 5 or go back to 1.
