(May 18, 2022, 8:16 pm)Best meat and healthy to eat ever. Low fat, high protein, good iron. The buffalo filet mignon is better than any cow I have eaten. I didn't have to tenderize, only marinate. Just like butter. Love love this meat. Been eating buffalo for 20 years!!!
