There were a few people ahead of us in line but it we still got helped in a decent amount of time. We went in to switch from Sprint to Verizon. The associate was more than helpful. He talked us through everything. Told us what to expect when we got our first couple of bills, what our average bill will look like. He was amazing and I would highly recommend switching to Verizon!

Excellent customer service at this location. Staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. My service representative made sure I understood everything about my device transfer and helped me set up a plan that fit best with my budget and lifestyle. By far the best mobile experience I've had in the 20 years I've had cell service. Wish I came here long ago
