We met with Henry, who guided my husband and me with our purchase of our new bed. He gave us the time to try the adjustable settings to make sure we were make the right decision for our comfort. It was a wonderful experience.

Was able to set financing online and then went into store to consult with Henry, the representative on duty at my local store. He made everything easy and set me up with a mattress, box springs and frame within 30 minutes. To top it off, he set us up for delivery the next day. Home run of a shopping experience.

Went in not sure what I needed regarding mattress firmess and type if beds. An associate helped me out and guided me through different mattresses and what benefits they'd have for me. He was able to change my mind on foam hybrid beds and I bought one. Now it is too quick to tell how well the mattress suits me or not, but if the return process is anything like my in store experience, then I'm sure itll be a painless breeze.
