  The members at this establishment know how to treat customers and listen to everything that’s being said. I felt assured with everything I was being told and I will only bring my vehicles to them. Midas told me something about my vehicle, but when I took it to Wasilla Family Auto for a second opinion they had 3 mechanics look at it and said my car was fine. They also said if I have any more concerning issues please bring it back. They just make you feel like everything will be okay.

  Wasilla Family Auto was recommended by a dear friend, and also the first shop I’ve ever let touch my pickup. I found myself going in circles troubleshooting the problems and brought her in, and am I ever glad I did! Fair price and a wonderful owner and mechanics made the experience a very positive one.   I'm very grateful they were able to work on my vehicle next day instead of weeks out, main point they were clairvoyant, made concise work of what I panicked myself into thinking was a big mechanical problem. I never knew a shop could be this professional and relieving of stress.
  Also grateful to the shop that referenced me to Wasilla Family Auto. And then meeting the owner passing by he was super cool, a relatable American & Alaskan.

  My son and his friends were traveling and their car broke down. They were towed to one garage slept in the car over night to wait for the garage to open because hotels won't rent to under 21 yr olds. When that garage opened, they couldn't help them. My son called around the area and found Family Auto. Once they could get the car towed to them, they took excellent care of them. Were very fair on pricing for an emergency repair. Got them right in. Even made them a pizza because they haven't eaten. As a mom who sat up worrying all night, I can't say thank you enough for helping them out and treating them so well. Thank you , you're amazing. Greatly appreciate all you did.

  Dropped off my Florida car to get winterized, top to bottom. The folks there were honest, and while I didn't like what I heard in a few things, that was an issue with Honda, not Wasilla Family Auto, and they fixed the annoying issues.
  Friendly, courteous, and affordable.
  
  I hope all of my service providers here meet the same standards.
