I have worked/work here. Also for the Banks and the Government. They all have one thing in common CAMERAS. It documents good things, bad things, great for keeping people safe. Great for state inspections and guardian review as well for the clients. Used mostly for coaching mistakes and safety. Pay is every two weeks. Lag days to process time cards/pay. 3 weeks for a first paycheck in not out of the question. I only get paid once a month by choice with BLCC, required by other work I have dome with the government. If you have good work ethic the BLCC pays well. Little to no skills required. They train anything you need to know. All you need is a positive attitude, work attendance and honesty :D

I work here also, the owner is fair with the employees. She is the most caring boss I have had!
