It's great to be able to walk down the street and see people growing their own food I wish there were more places like this in Anchorage for people to grow food

The gardens are very well maintained and supported by the local Mountain View community. During gardening season the city provides a Porta potty as well as running water. Also, there has been a recent expansion adding more plots for gardening. Finally, there is substantial land still left unused for additional plots to be added in the future.

Great place to walk through and it nice to hear the birds and great viewing bears as well
