(May 22, 2020, 10:54 pm)Worth the drive to Anchorage for the incredible prices, employees obviously care. Could improve on education of the proceedure when trying to pick up your pet. Was not told I had to sign in when I checked in at the desk to pick up, so sat there for a very long time when I didnt need to.
(March 12, 2020, 4:14 am)The staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. There is always a wait for services since they are a nonprofit. On Saturdays they do walk-in visits for some services, but otherwise it's vaccines and spay/neuter only.
They are wonderful, but if you can afford a regular vet, please go there. No waiting, and the truly low income folks can get their pets seen and treated. It's shameful when people driving Mercedes or BMWs walk in for discounted services.
