Janice was excellent as she helped us get insurance for our new RV. She was professional and helpful, and we got the appropriate insurance quickly and easily.

We have been with Statefarm for about 3 years now. Unfortunately serious medical conditions have impacted our family at a time when our roof is needing to be replaced. It is also at a time when many roofers are busy and availability is months out. Costs have increased post COVID. Local representatives, Ellen and Al, advocated for us on a corporate level and provided us with the next steps to take. We are grateful for this advice and corporate was willing to provide an extension at this very difficult time. We are very appreciative for Ellen's commitment in addressing our issues. This level of support during such a difficult time is what we were needing. It's refreshing to not be viewed as only a number but a person. I would highly recommend this business to anyone considering insurance coverage.
