I have been a loyal Jack's customer for my entire life. I am over 50, and not usually a Karen. I went last night and ordered an 8 PC box of chicken and biscuits. Now, I normally assume there will be 2 of every piece. However, I received 5 wings, 1 breast, 1 leg, 1 thigh all dried out, and hard biscuits. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! It was not late when I arrived, around 715 pm. Still time when they should have been making fresh chicken. UPDATE CODY took care of the snafu the very next morning. Team training for the night shift is probably forthcoming.
