Pep Boys

I had an 11:00 appointment for an oil change. As I was giving my name, etc. to the manager, he said that he wanted to let me know that they were running behind due to three associates being sick and running short handed. Within one hour they were telling me that my car was ready. Still, with them being so busy and at the same time short handed, they were able to get my car in a very reasonable amount of time. The management is very professional. Another great point to me is that when they service your car it is automatically recorded to your Car Fax report which I like to keep updated. I highly recommend this Pep Boy location.

The guys at Pep Boys this afternoon were awesome. I am traveling today, about three hours from home, and noticed one my tires had low air pressure once I arrived at my hotel. Pep Boys was the closest tire repair shop to me so I went over. They went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved and that I was not stranded while being a couple of hundred miles from home. Simply said, thank you.

The customer services was great and Derek is a wonderful assistance Manager.
