(December 17, 2018, 9:04 am)It's odd for me to write a review for a government entity but I will say that my experience here was fantastic. In fact, because of my experience here, I'm willing to drive to this FSDO specifically rather than the one closer to where I live. The one individual here was unbelievably helpful and even though he was the only one in the office at the time (it was lunch and others had distant facilities at which they had duties), I spent perhaps 15 minutes taking care of two separate things on my ticket. I was truly impressed. I didn't expect to get this level of care from a government office.
