(October 24, 2018, 6:47 pm)Love the adult boot camps! The classes can be challenging, but adaptable to your fitness level. The trainers are fantastic! They are very motivating and will push you to your limit! The classes are fun and change everyday. Also a great facility! Indoor astroturf, dumbbells, kettle bell’s, resistance bands, medicine balls, and all kinds of other fitness equipment that we utilize during classes. They also have an impeccable outdoor facility, too! Outdoor track, sports fields and a sand pit! They continue to add new equipment and invest in facility on a regular basis. You can tell that these trainers truly care about their customers and strive to be the best in the sports fitness industry.
