She provided with me with the most exceptional customer service that I have ever experienced when dealing with an insurance agency, or any agency for that matter. She provided me with information and pricing on multiple policies, so I could choose the best fit for me. I'm so glad that I made the switch to Direct Auto today, and I'm glad to have Ms. Jackie as my agent!
