Aldridge Gardens

Lovely gardens, even on a cloudy day. Had a peaceful walk around the 5 acre lake and enjoyed exploring the flora, fauna, and art twined throughout the grounds’ other trails. One trail is a storybook walk for kids that features an area for gnomes and their homes. Butterflies, ducks, fish, and honeybees were spotted. Well-placed seating throughout the grounds. The building in the center of the gardens, Aldridge House, showcases artwork (most of which is for sale) from various artists throughout the year and displays historical documents of the gardens’ beginnings. There is a gift shop as well. Very kind staff members.

Overall, I highly recommend a visit to this free public garden - a Hoover gem.

Beautiful garden with colorful, vibrant flowers. The floral scents in the air surround you as you walk along the paths. Nice place to relax your mind.

Peaceful, serene, and beautiful-what a place to unwind and relax. See and buy gorgeous flowers. Have a picnic lunch. Take a stroll around the lake. Watch the turtles. Get married! A lovely place for you friends and family to enjoy your wedding with you.

Beautiful even during the winter months. Of course, go when it's only sunshine and rainbows 🌞. Great place to get your walk on too.

Beautiful small park with lots to see! The pond is gorgeous with the changing leaves. We arrived around 9 on a Saturday morning and there was hardly anyone there. Perfect morning walk with sunbathing turtles and a Herron. I would go back here in a heartbeat!
