Always a good experience. I bought a used bike recently and immediately took it in for a full service so I had a good starting point. The bike was ready on the day they said it would be. Pick up was quick. Employees are always friendly and take the time to answer questions. A pleasant experience is very important in a hobby based business like cycling and I’ll definitely continue to shop at BIKELINK.

We were in need of a new bike seat, phone holder, and a side mirror for my wife's mountain bike. We stopped here and found exactly what we were looking for and Scott was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain the different bike seats and recommending one for us. It even came with a 90 day satisfaction guarantee in the event you didn't like it you could bring it back. The mirror and phone holder were simple and very easy to install. This place has everything you need to equip you and your bike. Their repair department looked like it could keep your bike in tip top shape. While I haven’t been to any other bike shops in the area I really don’t see a need to travel any further for my bike needs in the future. I actually liked my wife’s phone holder so much I went back and purchased one for myself.

Chuck was very quick and very informative on getting some quirks dialed out of the X01 AXS on my Arrival, back to back calls with updates! Great service next day turnaround. Didn’t even get complaints that the bike was dirty!👍🏻

Best inventory I have ever seen. They were the only bike shop to have the bike I wanted to buy my son in the color he wanted. Was able to pick up the bike the same day. The guys were so helpful. perhaps the easiest buying experience I've ever had. Called the shop told them which bike I wanted. They told me they had it, so I went to their website and bought it. Drove to the store and picked it up. They offer a 30-day tune-up. My son loves his new bike. Drove from Tupelo, MS to visit this bike store.
