(September 7, 2020, 7:16 pm)My wife and I are in the final stages of renting from them and the only thing I have to says is Continental Realty Management, Inc. is awesome. They made me feel like my wife and I was a valuable future tenant. From how the process work, and how long it might take for the credit report to come back was honest and true. They did not have my wife worrying about when and if they was going to contact us like other realty companies did us before finding them. When my wife notice things in the house, they took notes and let us know that it would be fixed before our move in day. We are looking forward to be leasing with this company.

(January 16, 2020, 11:46 pm)Great company to lease from or to let them sub-lease your property(ies). The property that I'm renting from them on my behalf I have had some problems when I called they have cleared up some of those problems. I now have to leave this property but I'm not leaving the company. They are my blessings in disguise. Speak the truth and the truth shall set you free.

They are fast to respond to me when I need them and fast to respond to my tenants needs. Also after dealing with other property management companies to manage my properties I like using Continental Realty the most. They are hard working people and experienced property management company.
(November 11, 2019, 8:45 am)I definitely recommend renting from this company if you're looking for a home in the Birmingham area. We had a few minor issues with plumbing and electrical, but every time we called April or Shanna they had a technician sent out within a few hours.
