Red Mountain Pediatric Dentistry

I truly enjoyed our visit with Dr. Dean today! The staff was so welcoming as soon as we entered. They sent us all of our forms ahead of time which made check in quick and easy. I was a little nervous because It was our 10 month old’s first appointment but Dr. Dean made It an enjoyable experience. The best part was the “first dentist visit” certificate and Polaroid photo that we were provided at the end of the visit. We can’t wait to return in 6 months!

Blown away by how awesome the experience was today! My five year old boy went for his first dental visit. He’s still hesitant about getting his hair cut (even teared up a little two haircuts ago) so I didn’t know how he would do about having a cleaning and dental exam. Dr Dean made him feel comfortable and made it such an easy experience for him. The location was convenient from Homewood. The staff was very friendly and the scheduling was easy. I highly recommend red mountain pediatric dentistry!

A wonderful experience all around!!! The staff went above and beyond to get us in with multiple issues. Explained everything thoroughly which I greatly appreciated and my daughter loved the bean bags in the waiting room and only time she got upset is when her balloon animal popped, but once they made her another one all was well again!!!

The office was clean, did not have to wait long in waiting area before being seen. The staff is awesome!! My children felt very comfortable and at ease even through their procedures. The staff took time to encourage us to voice any concerns and answer any questions we had. The entire process from getting an appointment, first visit, and follow up treatment appointments exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, my children (ages 8&6) are not afraid of going to the dentist and actually look forward to their visit. Highly recommend Red Mountain Pediatric Dentistry.
