(February 24, 2018, 7:40 pm)Located in the parking lot of Pikes Plumbing and Gas. Don’t let this Taco Trailer fool you. It is a gem in disguise, now this is not your typical strip mall Mexican restaurant. This is a street Taco place, meat, cilantro and sweet onions. If you love street tacos you need to make the pilgrimage to HWY 79 and look out for the line of people and white trailer. The Carne Asada that Vargas serves up is tasty and moist, but the kicker is that they include some of the crunchy end pieces when grilling think the bark on good BBQ. This place also has burritos as big as a 20oz coke bottle. And tamales have a great meat to bread ratio.
