Overton Road Self Storage

I've rented a couple units here for my car and personal belongings. Both units were excellent and provided a secure and stable location for many years. The service provided by management at the location has been excellent throughout the years as well. Every phone call and email has been answered promptly and answered professionally. I appreciate the great service this place provided over the years.

Good location. All units are ground level. It's under new management though, so a lot of things has changed. The prices are higher now and the dumpster is smaller with a lock on it. But the place itself is still clean and safe.

Dan returned my call very promptly and was easy to make arrangements with to go over there for a look at their facilities, which were secure, ample and very clean. Also a nice feature in the larger units were 3 overhead lights. Will be moving in in February, easy decision!

I agree with some of the other reviews- rental here has exceeded my expectations. Units are clean and in good working order. Most importantly, Jennifer/management and her team are helpful, kind, and very professional. They provide personal care and attention. I will certainly use and recommend Overton Road Self Storage for future storage needs.
