I love them so much I wore them constantly and the sole ended up breaking down. I brought them in to this outlet and Ophelia was able to help me get them replaced because they were under warranty and she accommodated the original price. Huge thank you to her! I was so stressed about the process and she made it super easy and quick and was so kind!
