(November 16, 2017, 2:48 pm)I purchased some varight products from my switch shop about a year ago for a kitchen refit, they were really helpful with advice and their pricing was really reasonable with timely delivery. Recently one of the dimmer switches I had purchased failed, my switch shop were really helpful on advising how to reset the switch, but when it transpired that hadn't worked they were very quick to offer a replacement switch. It's nice to be trusted as a customer and not assumed you're trying to pull a fast one, or that the fault laid with th e installation. I would recommend my switch shop to anyone planning to purchase electrical equipment.
