(August 7, 2018, 10:42 am)Carelessly broke something on my machine. Brett diagnosed it and ordered the new part. There was a bit of a delay in getting the part, but rather than leave me hanging, they kept me informed by email. I hadn't had the machine for long, but after Brett's been at it, it's running far better than it was when I bought it (not bought from his shop, but any machines bought in future will be). It's a bit of a trek for me to get to the shop, but I now wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for the machine to be serviced.
(March 7, 2018, 3:07 pm)Brett was so helpful and honest when giving me advice on my 30yr old Bernina Machine. I did end up buying a new one even though I could have had mine repaired but after some discussion I opted for a new one. His knowledge on sewing machines was so reassuring and I know he wasn't just seling me a new one to make money . Don't go anywhere else if you want advice on sewing machines speak to Brett. I now have an amazing brand new Bernina and so happy!
