RESETCRYO Essex

First session this morning. Emma made me feel welcome and relaxed, explained everything. Unusual experience but felt great.

Emma makes it such a lovely and relaxing experience. It made a difference to me mentally straight away, I shall continue to visit on a regular basis purely to ease my arthritis and knee injury. If for no other reason; do it as it is so invigorating. You won't stop smiling for along time after!!

RESETCRYO Essex is unbelievable. I injured my leg a few days ago whilst playing rugby for a local team. the setup is beautiful where the cryotherapy is in a lovely studio with a professional feel about it.

i went into the chamber injured and after the 4 in 14 first time deal i came out a new man. if anyone is looking to go to this cryotherapy don't hesitate as it is amazing, especially as the machine is safer than all others as it is electric rather than nitrogen.

Not sure what the science is but I went in a 'broken' man and come out a 'new' man. Def recommend cryotherapy and Emma at Reset is a great host.

What a fantastic place! Beautiful, relaxing studio, friendly staff, and the treatment made me feel amazing - especially after having had two tough training sessions with my PT the day before! Thank you Reset Cryo, I can't wait to come back!
