“As this was the first time I'd ever had building work done on my house I had no idea what to expect. Andy Parkin came and I was impressed with the time he spent investigating, particularly the drainage, which seemed a mystery. I felt we were in agreement about how the job could be done. I asked Bob Brennan for a quote and he did it from the plans drawn up by Andy Parkin, but with minimal consultation between them and without visiting. Consequently, there was an error in the height of the space for the front door which not even the council had spotted, but Bob skillfully adapted the plans.”
