    Best fitness for women in London! Shani is an energetic, inspiring and knowledgeable trainer who will make exercise fun whatever the level and step of the journey you're in. Shani became a Yoga qualified teacher in 2017 and recently organised a wonderful retreat in Portugal. With a daily meditation, 3 hours of yoga and plenty of time to explore the beautiful surroundings, we had a chance to recharge, stretch, share and laugh!

    Shani led the most incredible yoga retreat for her Fit Birds and their friends in Portugal and a week later I am still glowing from the whole experience. Yoga and meditation to start and end the day.... which as a yogi novice I was feeling a little nervous about - but we stretched and got bendy and pushed ourselves as much as we wanted to under the guidance and energy of Shani and Cami. We got sweaty with Hiit sessions (if we wanted to), hiked, biked to explore the local area and had plenty of r&r time by the pool. I left those 4 days feeling totally uncurled and a million times lighter than I’d left London and cannot wait for the next retreat - thank you Shani for a completely blissful experience x

    I have been on Shani's yoga retreat in Portugal and loved every minute of it! Shani is a great and motivating instructor and brings amazing energy and fun to what she does. Highly recommend!

    Best group fitness sessions in south London. FACT. Shani has the most incredible energy and will brighten even your darkest days with her enthusiasm - and help you get fit to boot! I have been going to fitbirds in crystal palace and Mayow park sydenham for three years now, and I was also very lucky to nab one of the limited places available on her first yoga retreat to Portugal in September 2018. If you ever get the chance to go on one of these - GO! a total slice of heaven.

    Fit Birds provides empowering and enlightening exercise and wellness programs for men, women, children...basically anyone who wants to explore a little more about their own well being. Never having been able to stick to a 'workout' routine, this was very different for me and provided a more nurturing, nonjudgmental approach which gave me a lot more confidence and the motivation to carry on. The best of the best as far as I am concerned.
