(September 6, 2016, 11:23 pm)Visited this care home last week for a viewing we were greeted by Sharon Bourne she took time to explain all aspects of what to expect and what they can offer
She answered our questions on social care, health and well being of our relative, administration and care home fees and what extras to expect
We noticed there were no bad smells possibly because the floors were mainly hard board and not predominately carpeted areas
We met a nurse on one of the floors who was very keen to offer further information on the care given by the clinicians
There seems to be ample parking
We found every member of staff that we came across during our viewing to be pleasant and friendly
