Eat real food to see real results. He’s not your regular trainer that sends you on a treadmill, bike or cross trainer for 20mins.
Lucian concentrates on functional movement and moving your body the way it was designed to move. Eating real food and staying away from processed meats and modified food.
I really enjoyed my time with lucian, it’s the best thing I’ve done. Following his diet and exercise plan really works for any body size or shape...

Within 5 months I have lost 10 kilos and learned how to eat healthy and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Lucian has always paid attention to the details and tailor sessions taking in consideration my health issues and my strength. He incouraged me to include sport in my daily life and I am loving it!
(April 12, 2017, 7:18 pm)Lucian is a passionate trainer and he believes in what he does. He has a way of making a person believe in themselves. He encouraged me to be better mentally and physically. His philosophy is eating real food (not processed) which is also Organic. He showed me how to reverse my Blood Pressure and lose weight at the same time as well as gaining strength. His training is about movement not just lifting weights. He is not one of those trainers that shouts at you and bullies you. He has a calming persona. I like his way of training. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.
(October 23, 2016, 11:04 am)Lucian is the best personal trainer I have ever had. I am very grateful I met him because all the nutrients advices he gave me helped me to loose 10 kg since I started. I feel full of energy and very happy with the changes I did in my diet. Also I gain the confidence to go to the gym by self and train. I am looking forward to achieve further weight loose. Without Lucian's help I wouldn't have done it, thanks :)))
