Gunpowder Park & Sewardstone Marsh

Lovely place to walk in the Autumn sunshine! Footpaths are tarmac, so suitable for buggies, wheelchairs etc......and no mud. There are trails through the trees and open areas if you don't mind mud. Car park is free for first hour, which is plenty of time for a stroll. If you climb the hills, then you get great views across to Epping Forest. Toilets as well if you need them! Try it as an alternative to other local parkland....you will be pleasantly surprised!

Convenient to home for an off road cycle ride.

Great location to take the kids to learn to ride bikes.

Gunpowder Park is perfect for a family out, picnic, take your dogs for a walk or even just for a romantic peaceful walk.

Nice open space, good for a gentle walk with the kids. Toilets at the car park were open and usable.
