A few downsides: 1: people wandering around after the service has started. 2: band playing-albeit, not too loudly-when person at the front is praying, and I find it difficult to hear what is being said. 3: Communion is not structured, and no mention before hand of "The body and blood of Jesus, she'd for you". The Communion also seems more like a buffet affair.
4: I would like to see more in the way of prayers of confession.
Having said that, we have been attending Restore, at Loughton, for a while now; our twelve year old son enjoys youth, and we shall continue to worship here when we move to Waltham Abbey.
