(May 3, 2018, 9:34 am)These people go the extra mile to help. I supplied a defunct Pi and asked for a replacement. They checked it out and found that the boot card was OK and that it was the power supply (a mobile phone charger) that was faulty. Not many places would take that trouble but would rather try and sell you a complete replacement.
They are also very knowledgeable re the Pi. I wish these people every success in the future - they deserve it!
