(September 21, 2020, 6:53 am)After dissatisfaction, Mr. S. Vogel (of DWC) came to look at the situation, thank you for this!
This showed that there were some defects from the wallpaper store with regard to product knowledge, wallpaper glue and taking into account the direction of the nap when pasting the jungle wallpaper that is now on the wall.
In retrospect, this type of wallpaper with "a lot of" light should not have been advised/sold......
I do advise everyone to ask the supplier whether they are really familiar with the DWC products and have experience with them in order to avoid disappointment afterwards with the beautiful DWC products.
Otherwise, request information in advance from DWC or DWC dealer.
DWC now comes with a compensation.👌🏻
