The food was delicious.. the meat was tasty
The date cakes were dry and not really good. I recommend this restaurant and I will definitely come back.

Good food for a good price. Loved the taste and looking forward to eating in at Sham Oost. Got some nice cookies for free as well. Might change my review to 5* when visiting and taste it fresh from the source.

The food is amazing! It's a rare find. I highly recommend it. The people working there are also really sweet and helpful. If the weather is good, the outdoor seating is definitely worth it. There is a good variety of food available. Vegetarian/Vegan friendly as well :)

At the moment this restaurant is my favourite in Amsterdam. They tick all the boxes.

First of all the location is wonderful. The restaurant is situated on the water and can be easily reached even by boat. The warm decoration makes it a pleasure to spend time here.

The menu is full with all kind of options. We chose the mixed platter which gives you a great and generous variety. They provide great service by making sure you have everything you need including lemon water and constant supply of bread.

The staff is most friendly and helpful. Our waiter only arrived in Amsterdam 6 months ago and speaks already good Dutch. Would love to come back here. Thank you!!
