Booking was easy and fast. The cruise itself started badly and we had to make the necessary costs to be able to board at a later time. Due to adequate mediation and aftercare from Cruise Shop, we have been fully reimbursed for all extra costs incurred. We are therefore very satisfied and will definitely book the next cruise with Cruisewinkel again!

Super satisfied! Booking was quick and easy, I called them at least 5 times in the months between booking and the trip with the craziest questions and for advice. They didn't think anything was crazy and they were very nice personal conversations. They thought along with everything! E-mails were also answered clearly within a few days. The only point that makes me not give 5 stars is that I had to wait a really long time before an employee is available. This is undoubtedly due to a shortage of staff, but it is still annoying.
