I studied in this elementary school from second to sixth grade (1997-2002). It was a bittersweet time. I have beautiful moments, but also some very ugly ones, since I had no friends and there were some classmates who bullied me, they were very cruel. I remember their names (Héctor, Margarito and Chilango), their faces, their physical complexions: one was fat, another very skinny and the other very dark, and they looked as if they had failed several grades because they already looked very large compared to the the rest. And I also remember Aarón, a guy who didn't hit me but always made me feel bad. We went on a field trip to the San Diego Zoo once (shortly before 9/11) and he got me lost. Despite everything I had a great time.
