(November 5, 2022, 6:04 pm)The Péreire park and the Abatilles in Arcachon are a quiet, serene and simply magnificent place to walk, summer and winter. A very nice walk along the beach and the Atlantic Ocean.

(November 27, 2018, 12:11 pm)Really nice thing to do (suitable for families with kids. I don't know if they can provide a tour in English though). The tour lasts for about an hour and everything is explained about the Abatilles source (how it was found, how they exploit it today, etc.). The guide is nice and knowledgeable and all parts of the factory are disclosed to the visitors'eyes. The only hassle was to redeem our tickets as only the Tourism office is selling them, you can't print it directly from the internet and must come in person before the tour starts to collect the tickets. It could certainly be easier than this, but apart from that, this is a great thing to discover!
